About me

I am a fully qualified personal trainer and a mum of two boys. My approach to fitness is mirrored in my teaching; there’s no scary big weights or intimidating big classes, but instead I want my clients to feel good, strong and most of all confident in their techniques and abilities.

I focus on injury recovery, women’s health and introduction to fitness and techniques.

 

My classes are small, intimate and friendly to allow me to focus on you, your goals and to make the most of your abilities.

 

Personal training allows me to work with you and build your strength using the right exercises for you.
